on a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/-, issued through a Board Resolution, and
signed by director(s) other than the person(s) in whose favour it is granted. It
should contain the specimen signature of the authorised signatory, bear the
company seal, and be duly notarised.

A Board Resolution on the company letterhead, duly signed by the Board of
Directors, must be submitted.

If the Power of Attorney is issued in favour of more than one person, it must be
signed by director(s) other than those in whose favour it is granted, or by at
least a two-thirds (2/3) majority of the Board.
