Declarations and Undertakings:
  1. I hereby undertake to adhere to the provisions of the Telecommunications Act, 2023 and the rules made thereunder and certify that I have carefully read the same.
  2. I hereby undertake to make payment of pending dues as mentioned at serial no. 5(b) above, subject to outcome of proceedings in compliance with sub-rule (4) of rule 6 of the Telecommunications (Authorisation for Provision of Miscellaneous Telecommunication Services) Rules, 2026.
  3. I understand that this application if found incomplete in any respect or if found with conditional compliance or not accompanied with the processing fee is liable to be summarily rejected.
  4. I understand that processing fee is non-refundable.
  5. I hereby undertake that representations, submissions or documents being provided are true and are not misleading. I understand that if at any stage it is found that any of the representations, submissions or documents that had been provided with the application were false or incorrect, then my application is liable to be rejected and the authorisation if granted on the basis of such application is liable to be revoked.
  6. I further undertake that, in the event of occurrence of any event, change in circumstances, or development subsequent to submission of the application and prior to grant of the authorisation, which renders the applicant ineligible or results in non-fulfilment of any eligibility criterion, the same shall be intimated forthwith to the Department of Telecommunications in writing.
  7. I further undertake and acknowledge that any failure to disclose any event as referred to in paragraph F above, or furnishing any incomplete or misleading information or document, shall render the application and the authorisation, if granted on the basis of such application, liable to rejection without prejudice to any other action that may be taken under applicable law, guidelines or orders.
  8. I hereby give my consent for electronically obtaining information evidencing proof of identity, address, etc. from the databases of the authorities dealing with the preparation or maintenance of such information and for sharing the above information and documents with government agencies and/or any such authority, for the purpose of verification or while making such inquiry as the Central Government deems fit under rule 7 of the Telecommunications (Authorisation for Provision of Miscellaneous Telecommunication Services) Rules, 2026, and hereby expressly and explicitly give my consent that the above information may be used, disclosed, processed or shared with any department or agency of the Central Government or a State Government, for purposes of verification of such information.
