A. I hereby certify that I have carefully read the Telecommunication Act, 2023 and Telecommunications (Authorisation for Provision of Miscellaneous Telecommunication Services) Rules, 2026 framed under the Act. I undertake to fully comply with the terms and conditions therein.

B. I hereby certify that the norms of existing FDI policy including norms related to investment from entity/beneficial owners of the country which shares land border with India are complied with.

C. I hereby certify that foreign direct investment, if any, in the company is in conformity with the extant laws and policies of Government of India.

D. I understand that this application if found incomplete in any respect and/or if found with conditional compliance or not accompanied with the processing fee shall be summarily rejected.

E. I understand that the processing fee is non-refundable irrespective of any reason whatsoever.

F. I undertake to submit compliance of LOI within the prescribed time failing which my application shall be taken as rejected and processing fee forfeited.

G. The adjudication and appeal of any contravention or breach of the terms and conditions of authorisation shall be governed by the Chapter 8 of Telecommunications Act, 2023. I understand that if at any time, any averments made or information furnished for obtaining the license is found incorrect, then my application and the authorisation if granted thereto on the basis of such application shall be cancelled.

H. I hereby solemnly affirm and undertake that all the eligibility conditions prescribed for grant of the Authorisation are duly fulfilled as on the date of submission of the application.

I. I further undertake that, in the event of occurrence of any fact, event, change in circumstances, or development subsequent to submission of the application and prior to grant of the Authorisation, which renders me ineligible or results in non-fulfilment of any prescribed eligibility condition, the same shall be intimated forthwith to the Department in writing.

J. I further undertake and acknowledge that any failure to disclose such change in circumstances, or furnishing of any false, incomplete, or misleading information/document, shall render the application liable to rejection, without prejudice to any other action as may be taken under the applicable laws, rules, guidelines, or orders in force.

K. I agree to pay all dues and accept all such liabilities that arise out of the relevant licenses/authorisations pursuant to rule 6 of Telecommunications (Migration to Terms and Conditions of Relevant Authorisation) Rules, 2026.

L. I further undertake that company has no unpaid amounts that are due and payable under any authorisation or license, which had been terminated, revoked, surrendered or expired. (Provided that if the dues relating to the applicant’s authorisation or license referred are subject to ongoing legal proceedings, sub-rule (4) of rule 6 of Telecommunications (Authorisation for Provision of Miscellaneous Telecommunication Services) Rules, 2026 shall apply.
