Note:

1. The entity registered as PDOA/App Provider shall comply with the terms and conditions laid down by the Authority from time to time.
2. The entity registered as PDOA/App Provider must comply with the applicable extant laws, Rules, Regulations, Directions, and Orders, relating to establishing, working, and maintaining telegraphs, issued from time to time.
3. In case at any time any averments made, or information furnished in the application for obtaining the registration is found incorrect then the registration so granted based on such application, shall be cancelled.
