(i)  The product includes RF module(s) operating exclusively in licence exempted/de-licenced bands and details of all the frequency range(s) have been entered.

(ii)  The test report, issued by accredited laboratory ({{ $labNames }}) of the product(s), attached is genuine and without any alteration.

(iii)  The authorization cum identity proof uploaded are genuine and without any alteration/change.

(iv)  I shall extend full cooperation to WPC Wing during any sample check/audit carried out for the purpose of RF analysis/spectrum monitoring in view to avoid interference to other wireless users.

(v)  The consignment contain wireless products which are exempted from import licensing requirements as per the Import Policy of DGFT.
